Normal Business Hours If you ever have any questions or problems, or if you prefer to speak to a “real person” our business hours are M-F 10:00AM – 5:00PM Eastern Time. Our phone number is 203-772-3301. Please understand that at this time we have only one person in the office, so sometimes you may be asked to leave a message. Someone will return your call as soon as possible. We can also make arrangements to call you at a time other than our regular business hours if necessary.
How To Make a Purchase We welcome your online purchases and provide a secure environment for you to do so. If you want to speak with a “real person” please call during our normal business hours.
Payment Methods Accepted We accept MasterCard and Visa as well as checks from our church customers.
Setting Up a Church/School Account Beulah Enterprises is happy to invoice our church and school customers. We understand that it can take time for churches to reimburse their employees. Please call us during our normal business hours so that we can get all the information we need to set up your account. Once you are an established customer, you can select "Invoice" as yuor payment method.
Shipping Information We’re bugged by the high “shipping and handling charges” that seem to be standard today, too. There’s nothing worse than buying something that looks like it’s within your budget and then finding that a whopping charge is added. So, we ship by US Post Office and charge what the Post Office charges us for the weight of your shipment.
Our usual method is Parcel Post, but if you are in a hurry, we can ship Priority or Express. If necessary, we can also ship via FedEx.
If you are ordering only books and tapes, we can save you some shipping costs by sending your shipment via the US Post Office’s “Media Mail” rate. This normally takes a few more days that Parcel Post, but books are heavy and the savings can be worth the wait. Please be sure to indicate this in the “comment” field on your order form.
Return Policies If for any reason the item you have purchased from us does not meet your needs. Please call us at 203-772-3301 during our normal business hours (M-F 10:00AM – 5:00PM Eastern). We will certainly accept any item for return that is not damaged. And we don’t charge you a “restocking” fee, either. We just ask that you pay for the return postage.
Redeeming Beulah Seeds Our Beulah Seed program is an effort to help churches and schools to provide high quality toys and books to the children entrusted to their care. We understand that funds are not always available in your budget for all that you would like to provide. Churches and schools may redeem seeds; each seed is worth $1.00 off the total of the merchandise. We do ask that you pay for shipping. Please deduct the number of Seeds from the total and return the Beulah Seed certificate with your invoice and payment.
